CC Pathway Info Booth Recap: Connecting Students with Top Canadian Universities

On October 29th, Canadian College hosted an on-campus Pathway Info Booth at the Student Lounge (2nd floor), giving students the opportunity to connect directly with representatives from top universities in Vancouver. The event focused on helping students explore Canadian College’s degree pathway options and plan their next academic steps in Canada.

Partner Universities in Attendance

Students met with advisors from:

  • Acsenda School of Management (ASM)

  • University Canada West (UCW)

  • Capilano University (CapU)

  • Vancouver Community College (VCC)

These partner institutions shared details about their PGWP-eligible bachelor programs, admission requirements, and transfer pathways available to Canadian College students. Through these partnerships, graduates from Canadian College diploma programs can seamlessly transfer their credits toward university degrees in business, management, communication, and hospitality.

Event Highlights

The Pathway Info Booth ran from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, creating an engaging and informative environment for students to connect with university representatives. Advisors provided one-on-one guidance about tuition fees, program options, and degree progression.

Students learned how completing a Canadian College diploma opens the door to advanced standing in university degree programs—allowing them to save time, money, and continue their studies while remaining eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).
