European Marketing Director

Mila has a University Degree in Project Management and over 13 years of work experience in international education industry. She is a graduate of Canadian College and is happy to help students reach their goals in Canada by sharing her own experience. She is proudly representing Canadian College/CCEL around the world with Trade Missions and educational events visits. Mila is also a Regulated Immigration Consultant in Canada.

With over 30 years of experience in Canada and the United States, Ian brings valuable insight into both academic systems and cultures. His diverse professional background and broad personal interests allow him to provide meaningful guidance to students planning to study and live in Canada. Ian understands the unique challenges and opportunities of studying abroad and is dedicated to offering practical, straightforward advice on both academics and daily life. He is committed to helping students feel prepared, supported, and confident as they begin this new chapter in Canada.

Fabio started his educational life studying abroad in USA than he had open his own agency in Brazil. He has more than 15 years of experience in international education. He After working for 6 years in Brazil, Fabio joined Canadian College marketing team in 2011 and is now in charge of student recruitment and agent relationship.

Akie has over 18 years of experience in the international education industry in marketing and student services. As part of the Japanese marketing team, she aims to provide exceptional customer service to students and agents.

Sebastian Mancilla

Latin American Marketing Director

Sebastian has more than 17 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. He has been working with international students since 2016 visiting different countries in Latin America. Initially he came to Canada to improve his English skills, studying at three different ESL colleges. Sebastian is proud to introduce the Canadian educational system to Latin America through Canadian College, and strives to provide the best in customer service to students, agents and anyone who would like to know more about studying in Canada.

Ayako Masui

Administrative Officer

Ayako has 8 years of experience in the international education industry, and 5 years of experience in the English language education industry in Japan. She is a graduate of Canadian College majoring in international trade, earned a FITT Diploma, and is now proud to be a part of the CCEL / Canadian College marketing team. She is always happy and passionate to provide the best support to students at every stage of their journey in Canada.

Sam Chen

Marketing Director - Taiwan

Sam has over 25 years of experience in the international education industry, specializing in marketing and sales, with extensive knowledge of Canadian international student ESL, study, and work policies. He has developed a strong rapport with agents in the Taiwan market. Taiwanese students or agents interested in Canadian College are welcome to reach out to Sam.

Jenica Licerio

Director of International Admissions and Recruitment - Southeast Asia and Middle East

Jenica brings over 12 years of expertise in the international education sector. With a background as a student support specialist, trainer, assessor, and Regional Marketing Manager in the Australian education industry, she now contributes her extensive knowledge and experience to Canadian College and Stenberg College. Jenica is dedicated to helping aspiring international students achieve their educational and career goals.

Sunny Gwak

Marketing Officer

Sunny is a Marketing Officer with 8 years of experience in the international education industry. She is passionate about marketing and administration, bringing valuable skills to her role and her team. Holding degrees in Public Administration and Business, Sunny previously worked as a manager at a student agency, where she made a meaningful impact on international students' academic journeys in Canada. She joined the Canadian College team in early 2022. In her free time, she enjoys exploring nature and walking along lake trails.

Geoff Shakespeare

Academic Director

Geoff began working at Canadian College in 2011 as an instructor. In 2020, he moved into college administration as academic director. He has worked in International Education for more than 20 years and is dedicated to helping students reach their goals. As academic director, he is responsible for managing faculty, assisting students, and helping to make sure that Canadian College lives up to its policies, standards and values.

Adam Shiroma

Student Advisor, Career Services & Co-op Program Manager

Since 2006, Adam has been working in education and the helping professions. He joined the Canadian College in 2013, where he worked as an instructor for ESL and Business Communication, and in 2016, Adam took on the role as manager of the Co-op Program and Career Services. Adam strives to provide support for each of his students' unique backgrounds and to assist them in creating a pathway to achieve their future goals.
